He clearly stated that he would never go against his Muslim brother, whether he is the oppressor or whether he is oppressed. Enough said.
I'm unable to watch the vid (the computers here at work are crap), but that saying is from a hadith.
"Always help your brother, whether he is oppressed or the oppressor."
The Companions asked, "How could we help our brother when he is the oppressor?"
Muhammad answered, "By stopping him from doing oppression. That way you will help your brother."
The meaning is good, if not conveyed by the man in the vid.
