If you were forced to (re)revert or be beheaded....would you play along? If I were an ex-Muslim atheist or agnostic, I would...because there would be nothing much to lose, and I'd be able to keep my head where it belongs....on my neck!

Please no jokes about where some of you think my head may be.  Cheesy

I think there can only be one answer - yes.

I have actually thought about this (for obvious reasons) and though I'd like to say I would go out in glorious defiance, I would inevitably think about my children without their dad and would say anything that would keep me alive.

If my life was on the line, I would stand by my own principles. I wouldn't convert.

If the life of a loved one was on the line, I'd convert to save their lives.

I admire your sentiments, Tommy - though suspect you may feel differently if it came to it.

    A few Christians blamed them.

    Then they are wankers!

Probably....or else they did not think it through....but I would go with "they are wankers". How much thinking should it actually take? I did not have to think of it at all. Then again, some people are a little slow.

shaneeqa do you also believe in magic? you'd have to, wouldn't you? the bible talks about it... and heck, god would have to use it wouldn't he? Tongue

do you find it even a little embarrassing to literally believe in that?

Some magicians use majick. God does not need to. He is above all laws of nature. No, it does not embarrass me.

What is magic then if it isn't "above the laws of nature"? Are you saying that magic is perfectly natural?

It's not perfectly natural....especially when a person does it. We have no business breaking through the natural barriers. Devils can perform some things, but only what God allows.

Look at what thousands of people have seen at Fatima. God allowed for that to happen. We know it was not of him because the apparition said things that God would never say.

Too many people saw it. There have been too many witnesses. Ask some Roman Catholics. Many do believe in apparitions and have visited many apparition sites.
Look at what happened to Ali Sina. Well, I suppose there is another explanation that. Yet he says his sister saw it too....if that means anything.
