No surprises there, this guy is great though, he helps remind me how thick those Salafis (by and large) are.

He was born in Britain so he's a British citizen.

But I would argue that if he's so desperate to live under the Shariah, then he should emigrate to a country which has a higher chance of implementing it fully (like Saudi Arabia).

But on the other hand, I guess he is doing his Islamic duty which is to convert all non-Muslim land into Muslim land, and implement the Shariah.
