I will. When i had no pc insurance i had my pc fixed faster since i knew it was up to me. I paid pretty much the same to the man who fixed it as i did to extend the warranty on a computer. By the time it gets fixed i will have been without a pc for 5 weeks.
if that isnt bad service i dont know what is. I am definately complaining.
Keep a detailed time-line of all the things you've done, like phone calls, running around, being messed around, the names of the persons you spoke to on the phone. The money you paid for the product the date you bought it the cost of the extended warranty. Then asked to me compensated for being messed around, and that if they do not compensate you will make a complaint about comet group the trading standards. Ask for a written apology.
