What do you think? Is the scenario being described here at all plausible? Or is he being totally paranoid?

It's certainly not utterly implausible. It has already happened with the United Nations Human Rights Council, which has degraded into being a body which protects the rights the Islamic religion and of Islamic states rather than the rights of the human beings that make up their populations.

The main problem with the scenario is that the birth rates aren't sufficient to pull it off in reality.

I don't think that will work.

First, even if they managed to gain such power in Europe, they would have to deal with terrorism from the autochthons.
You have examples of European opposing government with terrorism over way less infringements of their rights.
Take the Basque, or North Ireland, or the political terrorism we sometimes have in Italy.

Second, immigrants from Muslim countries really suck at keeping a low profile. At least over here. As a mass they tend to be proud and stand out a lot and seem to love reminding you that they are different.
So they are going to lose the "immigrate and conquer" battle against the Chinese who, on the other hand, are very quiet and extremely respectful of any local tradition. Basically invisible.

Do not look directly at the operational end of the device.

Yeah I could see it happening as a possibility by fuckup (bearing in mind that history is full of fuckups that people said could never happen) but proposing that it's a global master plan of all Muslims is just lunacy, if that's what he is proposing.

Some Muslims are of the opinion that they can take over the West by outbreeding the original inhabitants so this may be an idea he got from listening to them. I don't think they have much chance of doing it though.

of course, this movie was not made by a muslim, but it does reflect the reality of political islamism.
