First read of a Quran
OP
- May 13, 2009, 07:11 PM
Hi yall!!
A few days ago i was in a bookshop in leeds looking at some buddhism and other religious texts.
I saw a few translated Qurans so i thought id have a look through...
...i didnt get far with it as i didnt really understand it much. It didnt fill my heart with love and hope anyway, but i gess different strokes...
One word that i didnt get was 'unbeliever'? ive never really heard this word before. I take it it just means a non believer in Allah? If so there seemed plenty of reference to us unbelievers and how allah dosent like us much!

Basically means someone who does not believe in Islam. I am from Leeds to, if you are a woman make we can go for dinner sometimes, and a light beer.

Glen, try this translation. It makes much more sense than most of the others (including the original Arabic).

Well its the ladies choice, you pick a place and we will go there. But at the end of the night it will be my turn to choose and so we will go back to mine.
