Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

I'm always amazed at how little most people actually know about the historical origins of "marriage". We're told it's always existed. Pro-gay-marriage people are hell bent on being included in this charade - to be equally deluded, IMO. While anti-gay-marriage people think they're trying to preserve some "timeless" tradition full of "sanctity" and "divine grace" blah blah blah. People are hilarious!

I love this video.. I'm now a youtube subscriber of MrsBettyBowers.  dance

Traditional marriages are women being forced to marry and submit to a man.

If you marry someone out of love, then you arent having a traditional marriage anyway!

We keep hearing about how Jack Straw or the French government have mentioned the veil and our doing so puts us in the same boat as them. How so? I want a ban on the burka, neqab and child veiling.

you can either defend women or you must defend Islam. You can’t defend both

No it's not, that's a negative way of looking at things, plus many many people have married without force.  Not only that, but marriage (in the sense of 2 people choosing to bond in the eyes of witnesses for life) hasn't always entailed a woman submitting to a man, in some time periods, and places it has been a mutual joining with no submission.

The clip mentions Adam and Eve had two children, Cain and Abel. When they grew up, Cain went off and found a wife. Where did  this woman come from?  According to the the video Eve must have shagged her husband and her son, producing children for them both.  Would she be the mother or grandmother of Cain's kids?  And Adam a stepdad or grandad  Huh?

Also what is the official Christian/Muslim/Jewish line on the incest?

A sin as far as I know.

When I asked as a child how it was possible for adam and eve's kids to have had kids with each other considering birth defects etc (I read alot) the islamic position was that it was allowed at the time with no ill health effects because it was necessary.  When it no longer was, it was banned and the whole birth defects thing was introduced down the line.

Much like how noah lived for hundreds and hundreds of years, as did everyone of that time, but then allah changed us so that we lived shorter lives as a punishment.

Or that childbirth never used to be painful, but we women were too slutty since it didn't hurt us to have kids so he made it painful to put us off being sluts.

Allah apparantly never god his creation right, and then acted suprised when the devil refused to bow down to what was defective creature that would need constant tinkering.

It's a great fantasy story plot line.

I thought the answer would be along the lines of a miraculous conception (much like Mary's)

So it sounds like we are one up on God, with our invention of the pill.

Try again God, we're cleverer than you.  Tongue
