No. Our laws of physicc came into existence with the BB. Other universes, which are apparently perfectly possible and may even be more likely than not, can have different laws of physics. Important point here: the immutable "laws of physics" are only immutable within the confines of our universe. Outside of it they would have no special validity. In a different universe our laws of physics could be nonsensical.

Hey this is a good one. I was following links from some article and found out about false vacuums.

That would bugger the economy.
