Steaming them would make them too soggy. Wonder how chippies do it.

I hate crispy chips. Prefer the thick, soft ones you get from chippies. Anyone know how to make these?

wrap them up in paper so they cant breathe - suffocate them just like they do at the chippies.

I made tandoori chicken 2 weeks ago. It was freaking amazing, but the sauce fucked up my dishes and ovenware. It was a bitch to wash off Cheesy

Because poutine is a traditional food treated with respect, not sold in fast food restaurants such as Burger King and all that.

We even have a poutine fest in a town in the middle of nowhere that people drive hours to go to. Quebecers take great pride in their culture.

Looks good. Only thing I'd add is that I'd grate a little cheese on there then melt it under the grill.

Abood, by meatless meat do you mean Quorn? Look's healthy  Afro

Tonight, I utilised a French recipe tonight: chicken legs in a mushroom, cream and white wine sauce. Served with sliced baguette topped with gouda cheese (to keep with the theme).
