No way. I mean, it's gamey so I can kinda understand why you might say that, but it's not nearly as strong a flavor as liver, and, of course, the texture is completely different.
cocoa or chocolate? I use it in chilli con carne, you usually cant taste it but it makes for a richer & deeper flavour
Hmm, that's a good idea. What's your recipe for chili con carne? I've experimented a few times with different ingredients, and though all have been good, I haven't perfected it yet.
