I made the omlette using 3 eggs. The yolk of one was unusually orange.

    If you still need it:
Combine strong bread flour with activated yeast, 1tbsp oil and enough warm water to make dough. Leave it to rest for at least 30 minutes if you can, then roll it out to about 1cm/1.5cm thickness, prick holes with a fork and place it on a well oiled tray/baking parchment. Bake it at a high temp (220/240) for about ten minutes, the holes will allow air to get in the middle and make it puff out. Make sure you don't leave it in for too long otherwise it will get hard.

Too late Tongue I googled for the recipe before but didn't have some of the ingredients.

Curry came out good Smiley I think it's a bit watered down, might boil some of it off tomorrow. I'll post the pics tomorrow as well as I cant be bothered finding my cable right now.

    Awesome  Smiley

Carbonara's easy: smoked bacon, double cream, shallot, salt and pepper, pasta. You can use mushrooms too, if you like. Fry off the chopped shallots with chopped bacon till golden. Add in the double cream, do not let it boil though. Season. When the pasta is done, remove the sauce from the heat, toss the pasta with the sauce. Crack in an egg right at the end and mix quickly. Do not leave it on the heat when doing this otherwise you will get scrambled eggs. Not a nice texture.

Sometimes I wonder what you Men do when you're alone and you're wife and children are away.  As long as you dont have some hookers around...I guess it's okey.

Lunch for me was oven baked chicken with roast jersy potatoes and tomato's:

Dinner was stir-fry with cabbage, carrots, pepper, galangal, red chilli, mushroom and onion. My meat version also included prawns:
