    According to Islam, people who keep changing from being a Muslim to being a non Muslim will never enter paradise.

    Tut is fucked if he is sincere.

    Tut is fucked if he's insincere too - he's fucked whatever, so he might well as revert back to Atheism and enjoy his life

    Logic doesn't work in the mind of the indoctrinated

    Plus, to be honest, he can't see the difference between atheism and a lack of self control, to him (as a presumably previously repressed teen) if you are an atheist you can do what you want without consequence, that's why he has little in the way of manners, drinks, takes drugs, tries to pick up as many women as possible etc etc. Hey, I am not trying to backbite, but maybe some people can't handle the reponsibility of their own morality-maybe he needs some rigid structure-he should join a cult or something.

    Tut needs some boundaries but I don't think Islam is the right place to look for those.

     Reply #9 - September 01, 2009, 08:38 PM

    Hell no! Islam isn't that right place for anything unless you like mysogeny, cheap lies and strict mind control. The problem is that he often blames alcohol/drugs/alluring women, or atheism and nihilism as a philosophy. The first is available to all in a Western country and the second is just a philosophy/belief system. Neither is reponsible. He needs to take responsibility and get help IMO.

    For example, for most of the year I live on my own, I don't really drink, never taken drugs and I'm not going to mention one night stands because their aren't any. And I myself have psych problems and personality problems in similar ways to Tut, but I don't blame these items-however, I don't see him changing anytime soon.

    As long as he stays a Sufi it won't be too bad I think.

    Maybe he should try buddhism if he wants discipline.

    To become a real Sufi there are some terms that you need to know....i.e Tawbah Nasuha, dzkir etc... grin12

    Has Tut gone "Muslim" again? Doesn't matter. As soon as he stops getting attention for that he'll revert to something else. Happens all the time. Cheesy

    Very debatable, the term itself is broad;

    most Salafis of course infidelize Sufis.

    I became a quasi-Sufi in the last 1-2 yrs of my Islamic life, and they are way less harsh-violent-prejudice Muslims..still misogynists tho.

    Tut wouldn't have any private information except for whatever people gave him. Personally I wouldn't tell him anything and I can't see why anyone else would either.

    Please tell me you are joking. If not, I am leaving this place. I don't want some crazy salafi trying to kill me.
