    I was looking at this article and I noticed a sentence which stood out.

    When did he become Dr. Harun Yahya?! He has a degree in Interior Design. I really hope somebody has made a mistake and he has not presumptively declared himself as Dr Yahya!

    It doesn't matter if he calls himself a doctor-it's not like anyone but silly idiots take him seriously anyway-it won't improve his reputation to anyone who knows him. He may as well call himself lord chief master.

    That guy really really winds me up with his bullshit! He is not a scientist and he is not an islamic scholar yet he claims to be both! There is only one person who winds me up more than him and that is Abdur Raheem Green.

    Even though Zakir Naik winds me up with his bullshit, at least he seems like a nice bloke who I wouldn't mind having a pint with!

    The first 30 seconds is stupid. Only somebody who believes in Allah would think that the air they breathe, the food they eat and the water they drink is Allah's. So yes, I think I can find a place where the air is not Allah's air, and the food is not allah's food and the water is not allah's water.

    As for the rest of the video, I listened to 2 straw men and couldn't be arsed with the rest.

    Yeh, Zakir Naik is actually a doctor by profession. He has qualifications. Harun Yahya does not have any qualifications that would make him dr anything!

    I read his books and watch his documenterys alot myself....i like the way he debunks darwins bullshit.......i think people on here have not even alaynized what the guy is really saying...just bring a thread up and try to refute one of his science articals...am more then willing to take you to the "one on one match" if you want reguarding this.

    I watched his documentary too, but the funny thing is, he's an Islamic creationist and preaches Islam through that documentary. I wonder how a debate between a Christian creationist and a Muslim creationist would go--since the beliefs are different.  Cheesy

    Well the thing is the Islamic belief of how old the earth is, is MUCH different than what the Christians believe. Now if Harun Yahya tries to show evidence for his god Allah by bringing up Carbon Dating, then he can't deny evolution--since carbon dating supports evolution immensely.

    You see darwins theory of evolution is still a theory...it aint been proven to be right or it ever will be. even secular scientists today will refute many stuff many theorys. you are telling me to refute something that aint even been proven and refuted by many people today...which makes it quiet easier...

    Everything in Science is a theory. Gravity is based on a theory. Germs are based on a theory. Science works on theories. After many tests, if the results are always the same, and it matches with the theory, the more confident scientists are. Scientists are always trying to break down the theory with different tests. If a theory can't be proven otherwise, it still remains. The moment ONE test proves the theory wrong, it's thrown out the window.

    The theory of Evolution has been around for 150 years, and still hasn't been debunked. And those creationist claims doesn't count. To be a creationist you MUST deny some working function of nature--which Harun Yahya, as well as all creationists, do.

    Speaking of which, didn't HY get arrested, or sued by the scientific community or something like that because he didn't pass his book through scientific peer review--something which you are SUPPOSED to do? I remember reading an article about that.
