Muslims deny it , so am not sure , but just found the story in some sira book yesterday..

Many Arabic sites claim that this incidence never happened.

To be honest, in the Arabic Muslim world, nothing written from the past several hundred years is trust worthy!!! I guess, authentication and proper publishing firms did not exist as they did in the western world. That is why I question even the Quran and the Hadeath themselves!

Did u know that " wa Qada Rabuka " was read also " wa Wasa Rabuka" , but waw and sad got linked so it was read Qaf

The way I see it is whether it is true or not is irrelevant, because it will carry no weight amongst Muslims. If you are debating a Muslim and you use that, they would not accept that. But it doesn't matter, because there is plenty of stuff that does carry weight with Muslims to show that Islam is not all wondergul!

I like copper kid's comics in general, but I'm just as wary as some of his sources as I would be of a Muslim's. There is all kinds of shadd stuff out there, and it wouldn't be used by a Muslim then why use it against Islam? I mean, since there is plenty of stuff in the accepted material that speaks against Islam. I would want some more research into these things than some doofus with a book called 'Systematic readings in Islam'.
