Do anyone think that the World is going to end on 2012 ?

SCIENTIFIC EXPERTS from around the world are predicting that five years from now,all life on Earth could well come to an end. Some are saying it?ll be humans that would set it off. Others believe that a natural phenomenon will be the cause. And the religious folks are saying it?ll be God himself who would press the stop button.

Absolutely not. And what I find funny is there are Muslims who also talk about Qiyamah starting in 2012. Isn't that major shirk?

Ahmad Bagbrain Ajdabi al Himar thinks it will.

Unfortunately the recession and other global events have really propelled this idea.

It's still a load of crap though, we have been at much worst points in even recent history (post ww2) as a world and gotten through it-this one is just supported by a few number sequences and a lot of idiots.

Weird confession: Even though the idea of the world ending is obviously terrifying to me, a little (very selfish) part of me actually thinks it would be awesome to be around at "the end".

I'm not at all scared of death, what bothers me about it is that I won't get to find out "what happens" to the world after. It's like that quote, "I will not die; it's the world that will end." Highly unlikely. If it did it would be funny in a sense since London will finally host the Olympic Games 2012 and then all when the anticipation builds up it won't mean shit no more since the world is going to end.

Just like Y2K and like 06/06/06, it's another thing to keep everyone on their toes

but on an honest note, i don't want the world to end because I still need to live my life as a free person by the time it's 2012 I should be done university and living a good ex-muslim life
