    This man and his organisation must be stopped.

    He is hugely responsible for the rise of hatred towards Muslims.

    Most English people simply can't distinguish between this cunt and the majority of Muslims.

    And what "Shari'ah Court" is he a judge of?

    He certainly isn't a Judge on the Islamic Shari'ah Council <http://www.islamic-sharia.org/> which - as far as I know - is the only Shari'ah Court (and they are very limited and voluntary).

    He proclaims himself to be the head of this and that that - yet most ppl don't realise that his claims are false and his group is tiny.

    But he gets so much press coverage.

    The EDL are basically opposing him - and don't realise that attacking ordinary Muslims is NOT attacking him - it only gives the bastard more coverage - and he LOVES it.

    Not sure - but I think we as Council of Ex-Muslims of Britain should do something 'direct'  - I mean protest outside wherever he has his HQ or even his house.

    He is a total bastard and is DIRECTLY responsible for the attacks on our Muslim families.

    We should take the lead in opposing him.

    A protest outside his house would be good but must be Muslim led. Or is he worth the effort.

    Muslim or CEMB led - definitely not EDL led.

    Public perception is very important and we need to make it plain that ordinary Muslims/Asians/Arabs etc... hate his fucking guts.

    Agree, this guy is a seriously causing harm to the wider Muslims. I don't understand his motive except for a guy whose not got far and likes the attention of being a radical.

    His motive is very simple.  He is a Muslim and he aspires to follow the Quran and the sunnah unconditionally (as any true Muslim worth his salt should).

    I've been to a few of his talks.  I spoke to him and shook his hand.

    No surprises in what he said - standard Hizbi blurb...

    One thing he said was spot on though - he considers most Muslims as secularist and bound for hell if they don't wake up and follow true Islam.

    My opinion is that if most Muslims do wake up and see Islam for what it is they will leave it.

    Either way - Anjem and his band of stupid cunts are a minority amongst Muslims.

    Yes, I agree with Homer's Theory of Humour.  Afro I don't think we infidels, heathens, apostates and atheists, particularly from Muslim backgrounds use humour enough (in e.g. our Youtube videos, etc.) to banish, mock, delegitimize, diminish dogmas and dogmatists. You can't argue with stupid, but you can make fun of it and show others who are not as stupid that it's okay to make fun of stupidity. In fact it's quite a lot of fun. The most effective humour comes from those within the communities whether they're still in them or have psychologically or physically left them. So, some of the best humour about Judaism comes from Mel Brooks, Woody Allen and other Jews who are in all but name atheists/agnostics or atleast, very secular. The best humour about Christianity comes from the likes of Monty Python and George Carlin etc., themselves atheist/agnostic/secular people from Xtian backgrounds. Similarly, we desperately need a massive ex Muslim comedy movement to discredit and destroy intellectually and socially the likes of this mad man Anjem Choudhry and Zakir Naik and other figures who are just soooo fertile and full of comedic raw materials.

    I agree with the humour in videos, media and articles part-

    but going to a protest to piss them off will end up with you in hospital

    Most of these fundies couldn't give a damn about the law-they even spit in Policemen's faces, so it wouldn't matter if police were there or not-you would be risking your life if you did something like that at a "protest" like this.

    I was an 'apostate' years before the internet, no one came to get me. My dad too (certainly behaviour wise, change of name etc) - it's the internet, I think, that has been breeding all this paranoia, and I'm speaking mostly of those who live in the west here. It's been built up into a much bigger issue than it should, I reckon. No one is asking you to make your views public as regards what you believe in or not. I don't mean that obnoxiously, I'm just sayin' , you are free to think whatever you like, why the need for others to endorse it?

    Your family was an atypical Muslim family - thats why you see things differently to most of us Jack .. if an average Muslim tells their parents & family that they have apostated, it will result it huge conflict and in extreme cases physical harm or even death.

    The power of humour can finish off the filth and scum of Anjem Chowder-head once and for all. We cant take the fight to them on the streets, since we dont believe in the Religion of Piece, but we can certainly mock and satirise their obscenity and raise awareness of Chowder-head's nonsense and how damaging it actually is for British (and European) Muslims.

    Let us 'murtads' actually help the Muslims for a change...it doesnt matter if we end up in hell or not.

    Hmm, come to think of it you guys are spot on, humor does work. I remember my messab using it against evolution though, "You think we come from monkeys haha!".

    We totally need an Islamic version of the "The Life of Bryan". But the infectious meme means the set crew, director and cinemas will all then have a fatwa target on their heads.

    Anjem is a useful  idiot and for that he will be allowed to continue.

    Idiot: He is an idiot because he is causing a lot of harm to the form of islam he is supporting.

    Useful: BNP-types could not have asked for a better spokesperson (idiot). He is so useful in fact, that i often wish that he is just an ex-muslim or a copt taking the piss. (No one can be that stupid, no?)

    Useful: People like me who wants islam destroyed/reformed are glad that the islam from back home, now has a western voice. Anjem does *not* contradict the middle-eastern leader of islam, quite the opposite, Anjem is a living translation to the shiit the non-english muslim leaders spew in their own language. Every Friday on Big Microphones, and evey chance they get. What makes Anjem so useful (idiot) is that Anjem is parroting the voice in English. Exposing parts of the dogma that are not meant for Western ears (and eyes).

    Useful: To the average as well as the moderate muslim, he/she can always blame the bad partsh of islam on idiots like Anjem Choudary who are giving islam a bad name. Just like it is convenient to blame the saudi for what ails islam.

    As for the western muslims, how many fronts can they be expected to cover. From their own imams, in their own mosque that the muslims need to work overtime to muzzle (naked meat). To the books that come from back home, that the muslims need to cover, to the difficult questions that their own sons/daughters are asking. To the western media that is constantly blamed for defaming islam. Anjem becomes quite a low priority.

    Of course Anjem must be exposed & stopped, but unfortunately, and plz forgive me my honesty Hassan, you will not see me raise a finger to make him stop talking. To me, they all sound the same, English or Arabic, they say the same words and the same message. Who will I protect if I shutdown Anjem? The Westerners? the western muslims? the Muslims? The arab leaders of islam?

    You know what, I totally agree with you there Baal. I feel that's why it took so long for Abu Hamza to be convicted because he was showing the need for a war on terror/Afghanistan/Iraq. Yes, yes, I know "WMD in 45 min" was all a lie but Abu definately helped out Blair's cause.
