Even a brand-new E3 can get their own internet connection in Iraq? Damn. It's a Brave New World.
Not though the military, from a local provider like tigrisnet, you just have to pay for it. I think it was like $50 a month for WiFi, but they might only have that in the cities.
Like I said, to be honest, there is not much warring and stuff going on, a lot different from 2005. You can buy a cell phone, get internet, everyone brings dinars out on patrol with them so they can get local food and pirate DVDs...stuff like that.
