Depends on what you mean by "moderate". Take Berbs as an example. She was very devout and wore the full niqab for years. However she was never what any sane person would call an extremist. So no, just because a woman chooses to wear Islamic dress it does not necessarily follow that she is a supporter of Talibanesque tactics and rules.

Oh and Q-Man: try to lay off the pointless insults. Kthnx.

Berb in Niqab mode would have supported all kind of extremists and extremist ideas. All kind of tactic that would have gave support to political islam, and would not have criticized anything a muslim does.

Actually the politically correct brigade is always mixing the word 'average' with 'moderate'. I see it everywhere that the 'average muslim' is automatically considered the 'moderate muslim'. The same stupid mistake happens with all other political movements as well.
