Maybe they were as afraid of you as you were of them! They thought you were a cop!

Nice, an MBA in New York. And which techniques did you get to personally appreciate doing your MBA in NY. The "Hand me your wallet, motherfucker" or the more subtle "Wanna date with one of them fine ladies" or the more honest "Hand me the till before I brain blow your fucking brain, bitch" or the all inclusive "Last night we carpet bombed Baghdad"

"Ask the slave girl; she will tell you the truth.' So the Apostle called Burayra to ask her. Ali got up and gave her a violent beating first, saying, 'Tell the Apostle the truth.'"

The Bronx, even the South Bronx, really ain't nearly as bad as it used to be back in the day. And parts of the Bronx are actually quite nice, family-friendly areas. Try walking through Riverdale sometime, and unless Orthodox Jewish women pushing around baby strollers scare you, you'll feel quite safe. Smiley

    fuck you

LOL.... I remembered a funny true story a good friend of mine once told me...

Her parents went from the UK to visit their daughter in the USA and that was in 1995. That year there was an epidemic of attacks on UK tourists.

Anyways, although her father was OK as he knew that in every country you visit there is a risk of being mugged or attacked, the mother, however, was terrified and nearly canceled the trip altogether.

After a nice evening out and a good meal, they were walking in one of the parks. The mother was extra jumpy and would look around every few steps to see if they were being followed or not. As they were studying a map of the park to see where they should go next, she saw an arrow pointing to a spot where it read "YOU ARE HERE".... As she read that the mother immediately grabbed and hold tight the arm of the father whispering: How did they know we are here?  Cheesy
