How to tell your family you have stopped believing...

Good advice here, for those seeking an answer to this question

    Quote
Have you stopped believing your parent's religion?
Many kids are questioning the religion of their parents. Some have stopped believing and don't know how to tell their parents. This video is a guide to kids and teenagers in opening up to their parents.

Very helpful video, gives good advice. I may need to utilise it soon...

Where do you stand with religion, are you still a Muslim or an ex-muslim?

I guess I regard myself as a sceptic which therefore makes me an ex-muslim, but right now I am currently still researching Islam and I feel that just looking at the bigger picture in general, the idea of the Abrahamic God becomes increasingly implausible.

its funny, but I gave up the concept of an abrahmic god first, Islam was just a necessary casualty.  Perhaps that was bcos it was easier to conceptualise, as muslims kept on doing intellectual sumersaults with their texts
