    I notice from our error log that people are still getting quite a lot of these, and I'm sure you don't all have terrible memories.

    To track down the cause of this I'll need some information.

    Could anyone who gets these errors please answer the following:

    1/ Are you typing your password manually or are you using your browser to "remember" it?

    2/ Which browser are you using?

    I set my browser to remember it. At work (like now) I use explorer and at home I'm using FF.
