Building a Website

Me and a small group of people and planning on starting an online collective, we began with a blog, but our needs require an actual website so we're thinking of building one. None of us have much experience in this area but we will do some research and figure it out. in the meantime if any of you have some experience or thoughts please feel free to share any tips or advice (in things such as registering a domain name, finding a web host, etc.) i'd much appreciate it

Nevermind that Aa, its just regarding the content. Basically I'm just trying to build a website.

You could use Google Sites. It allows interactive development/contribution with others whom you specially share it with by providing their email address and a password.
