So here is the thing, I think this guy was basically conducting an experiment, either that, or he's the YT version of our dear friend Tut--a man with multiple personality syndrome. When I sent him an invitation to this site, I told him that, judging by his opinions, he'd fit right into this crowd. His first reply to me entailed three questions where he basically asked me what I knew in regards to God, other religions, and his "deconversion" from Islam. To summarize my response, I told him that I'm a scientific man (as far as I like to think anyways) and that I judge Islam and other religions based on their capability to provide scientific evidence. If it fails to do so, then I reject--and thus far, every religion in human history has been a salad bar of such swing-and-a-miss.
We exchanged further PMs and all his replies basically revolved around the self-drumming of his intelligence--something which after watching his Atheism to Islam video, am not surprised that he'd claim that he's suddenly an expert in Islam, Christianity, Atheism (as if that makes sense), Hinduism, and Buddhism. So, I didn't carry on the convo. seeing that it was a waste of time. He had asked me to find him a Sufi and contact him. A request which I ignored since I do not know of any Sufis.
I'm actually surprised by his reversion to Islam, but the way he spoke in the video, hints me that he was aware of this from the start.
Meh, what can you do? I'm still subscribed to him, but to be frank, I don't take him serious anymore. Not because he's a Muslim, but his technique of masking his lack of knowledge with poetic words is quite annoying at this point. So I take back my OP.
Call me TAP TAP! for I am THE ASS PATTER!
