  • Another interesting SMS post!
     OP - January 25, 2010, 01:43 PM

I got an interesting sms which just made me laugh!

    Quote
Muhammad pbuh had no servants yet they called him "master". Had no degree, yet they called him "teacher". Had no medicines yet they called him "healer". He had no army yet kings feared him. He won no military battles yet his message conquers the world. He committed no crimes yet they labeled him. He was buried in a grave yet he lives in our hearts today!

Does the person who started this message know anything about Islam?

    Just a few points:

He had no servants? Maybe not but he certainly had slaves!

He had no army?! Of course he had an army!

Kings feared him?! I don't think the kings of the time really feared some upstart in Arabia!

He won no military battles?! How on Earth did Islam take hold of Arabia?!

He committed no crimes? Of course he committed no crimes. How could he commit crimes when he made up the law as he went along?!

Religion - The hot potato that looked delicious but ended up burning your mouth!

Knock your head on the ground, don't be miserly in your prayers, listen to your Sidi Sheikh, Allahu Akbar! - Lounes Matoub

You guys need to start sending invented, funny SMS's about Mo and Islam, not so funny that its obvious, but still funny stuff, all subtle, so that they just get sent around while being complete inventions.

For example, that Abraham Lincoln sang words of praise for Islam during the civil war, and all of this has been repressed by Westerners, Orientalists, and the Zionist media and academia, because they can't stand to see that Abraham Lincoln was inspired by the freeing of Bilal to fight the South and free the slaves.

    Funny stuff like that.

"If ever we needed to apportion correspondance between what we fight for and the values of true civilisation we must beware that our struggle is founded not just in Christian principles but in the jurism of the Mahommedan. It was the Moor who instituted justice upon the stamp of Mahomet himself, who did free his slave named Bilal. Unto ourselves these men are known as heathen, and yet one thousand years and more it has taken us to emulate this example of Mahomet."

    - Abraham Lincoln, in a letter sent during the Civil War.

Assalam alaikum wa rehmath ullahi wa barkatahu

Too often the Islamophobic media and academia of the West suppresses true knowledge of Islam through reasons of fear of the truth and because of racism and neo-colonialism they have been brainwashed to view Islam as the enemy. Orientalism and Zionism have infiltrated the heart of western civilisation and set up a war of slander against Islam in the modern day. But as much as they try to suppress the truth, their own icons and heroes cannot be kept quiet, even though you will have to search high and low to see this quote from Abraham Lincoln in books or in the discourse of the West because it is too embarassing to their claims that Islam is an inferior civilisation. Orientalists can lie, Islamophobes can lie, but their own HISTORY can NEVER lie - even their greatest heroes like Abraham Lincoln were more enlightenment and humble than America of today!

    Let's start with this:

Isaac Newton didn't discover gravity when an apple hit his head, rather he read the Quran and that led him to Reading science.

Hm, this will be a hard one.

Was the Quran translated during his time?

LOL. It's such a ridiculously funny idea that it could actually work. I will call my mom and tell her this and that Newton got his inspiration from Zakir Naik.

How about Zakir Naik being inducted into the National Academy of Sciences and has started his own field Quran Science.

How much do you want to bet many muslims will actually really believe the Abraham Lincoln thing and it will be preached about in mosques somewhere?

Oh no, gravity is mentioned in the Quran.

That sura came down (that too due to gravity you know) on the prophet after some Muslim excusioner at the "Bani Quraytha massacre" wondered why the 900 heads of the beheaded Jew fell straight into the ditch.

I vote against the slavery/lincolin SMS.. many people will actually believe it and it'll only make muslims dislike the west more.

I like the newton/quran idea loads though! Someone should send that one. I'd do it but then everyone will think I've become religious and start bugging me to say the prayers and stuff again

Hmmmm...never thought of that. But the question arises - how do people who are already so brainwashed into that disposition hate the west more? They hate the west......and that is it. Their resentments metastasize and grow and ebb and flow with the changing of the weather - its what they are.
