I'm confused at the ex-muslim option. An ex-muslim can be a Christian or Atheist or Buddhist or Jew or whatever. I'm atheist and ex-muslim.. but I picked ex-muslim.

Yes. This is the reason I included that option. I know, for myself, that I find it difficult to categorize myself. It is easy for them who profess to some particular belief systems but not for the free birds.

Your choice tells me that you only "tend" towards atheism but are not yet fully decided.

Islam is a funny religion which is misunderstood by its scholars and correctly understood by ordinary Muslims.
Faith is keeping your eyes shut when looking at the world, and/or keeping your eyes open only for the beauty of the world.

Then I guess I should picked atheism. Cos I'm all the way there. Wink

Totally wrong , I hate it when people say that.  You really are so very black & white which I find is another trait of FFI members.  No, I have 100% decided.

Islame, surely you see the irony of that post?
You accuse charles of seeing in black and white and then go ahead and yourself label every member of ffi under one banner?

No offense intended, of course, I just don't see the reason for such a confrontational stance about a whole group of people.

It was in reference to differences between COEM & FFI cultures thread, and I used the word trait here which I have always believed - and if you take a look at FFI you might agree.

It is surprising to see only one Muslim here. Obviously not every one has voted, but still...

I'm agnostic but if Spiritualism was on that list then I probably would have chosen that instead.

What does the word "Spiritualism" mean to you?

    I voted Islam.

PS. As for those who don't like the ex-Muslim option, just ignore it and vote your current beliefs or lack thereof.

    agreed.

I am an ex muslim but I am also pantheist... what do i vote?  Huh?
