I smoke around 10-15 cigarettes a day and have done for the past 6 years. It sounds soo bad when I remind my self I am only 20 and have been smoking so much since 14.
momo joins and writes that also momo wrote this
Hello everyone, I am Momo. I am 20 years old and live in the United Kingdom (but I am currently living in Bremen, Germany), I am an ex muslim, who found this forum while just snooping around the web. I have been looking for people who think like me for years and never thought I'd find this many ex muslims in one place. But it seems like most of you guys are pretty much like me and that's a huge boost. I 've been living a lie for many years now, and it just feels soo much better finding this forum as I can express myself without being worried about who might have heard what I've just said.
Now I know why momo could not find a forum like this.,, just kidding ....Hi momo six years of smoking is enough., now you found CEMB so your goal should be taking six years off from smoking and use the same time to write / read AND EDUCARE THE READERS in cemb.. You started smoking young.. and I understand the frustrations, peer pressure and pressure from families are so high some of us fall into traps.
So we got to pick up and start running again.. For that your goal should be cutting down that 15 cigarettes a day to let us say 7 a day within month.. Can you promise that to me? You can eat chocolates .. And welcome to CEMB...
with best wishes
