    Long list i would think, something like the trees would die leading to soil not being stabilised on land then it being washed down to the sea silting it up, also perhaps sand dunes not staying in one place due to lack of grasses etc so therefore sand may get blown into the sea again silting it up. There is also the phosphorus cycle I think which would again not happen as effectively.



    perhaps more carbon in the sea (dissolved) so perhaps more acidic which would then kill off the plants and animals.

    the vast majority of life depends on the buggers
    the vast majority of crop alone, rely heavily on bee pollination
    insects are a main staple of insects

    I find it funny that many people are grossed out by eating bugs for survival
    but they will pay $50 a plate for lobster or crab or prons and shrimp
    they're just bugs on a much larger scale
    whales require megatons of krill
    ants flies and termites all facilitate decomposition
