Well, if you make fun of their beliefs, they will feel attacked and will automatically refuse to listen to you.
And if your goal is to establish a dialogue with them, it's detrimental.

Agreed, I dont think many are going to be convinced by them - I wonder if broader minded muslims are able to see the humour in them, or if they will just find them offensive?

I am sure I would have found them funny, even as a muslim. I mean I even find ones against atheists funny, so who knows?
