If the staff see any links to illegal downloads then those links will be removed and the person who posted them will be asked not to do it again.

Probably does if you want to get picky, in the sense that the actual recording and uploading may be illegal. However that probably isn't going to be a problem for us. I'll look into it some more.

The main thing we're concerned about is not hosting links that are specifically for illegal downloads. We can't be seen to be doing that. If people want to share torrent links or whatever that's their business, but we can't allow it on our boards. We've had a couple of cases in the past few days and we need to make our position clear.
