Ahmadinejad is a liar. This whole issue has been full of lies by Iranian authorities. This is a good interview with her son: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/bernardhenri-levy/interview-with-sajjad_b_704311.html

But this might be good news that the Iranian government is backing down after the international pressure.

Iran's State Religion is Shiah Islam, they've already deviated from the mainstream Sunni Islam which is 10 times worse than the shiah ideology. Why don't they toss out the part of stoning of adulterers from their law books. Also, in that video Ahmadinejad was just dropping lies like a bird shits in park. You can tell it from his face, what a joker!
