    Found CEMB through the exmuslim sub-reddit Smiley

    Stop believing about 6 years ago. Decided not to fast or pray any more on the first day of ramadan in 2008 (Sod it I need my sleep).

    There wasn't a moment where I can say I stopped being a muslim, it was more of me trying to be a Muslim (or how others defined it). Simply stopped trying. My family used to be liberal, but in recent years their views have become more traditional and religious. More so after the family moved migrated to London.

    I'm openly non-muslim, and very much an atheist outside of my community (south asian). Relatives know that I'm the one who doesn't pray, but don't know that I'm an atheist. Immediate family knows but tell me not to talk about it, "Don't say you are not a muslim".

    Anyhoo, here I am, and a happy 2012 ..

    So I have to ask you... how come you never stick up for yourself against blackadder?  You could take him easy.  Just trust in yourself.
