Or perhaps I am misreading. Is the subject rather an individual with the moniker "Nigerian anti-gay Bill" ie a Nigerian called Bill who is anti-gay? If so then he certainly needs to be stopped.

... I don't get it, why are there so many petition sites? Wouldn't that weaken each one?
