    Prophet Saleh was sent to Thamud ...thamud were giants according to quran+hadiths. A she camel was sent to them ....muslims claim that as thamuds were giant so giant she camel was sent (according to commentaries)

    there is a giant she camel found and muslims claim that it is found in the same area where thamuds were expected to live and scientists say that it was killed by humans and quran claims it to...

    Is this a joke?

    The Koran never mentions that the she-camel is giant. At least not in Surah 7 or 11. So we can only assume that the camel was regular sized.

    Is the she-camel mentioned anywhere else in the Koran other than Surahs 7 and 11?

    Where in the Koran does it say the Thamudi people were giants?

    The BBC article says the giant camel was found in Syria, not in the area of the Thamud people (around Meda'in Saleh in Saudi Arabia).
