Pls help me locate a third party by giving me details of a good website where I can type in their IP for an accurate result over their whereabouts.

Have you tried googling the ip address itself? Not sure if it will work, but it might be worth a try..

Ok, I am going to be rather frank....this lady offered me a business opportunity and said that she will come to the UK from the United States (Georgia) infact and would I be willing to meet her to discuss everything. I am a little suspicious so I thought I would check her IP over.

She is registered at Alibaba.com (global traders)

I have other business contacts on there, but haven't been approached by SOMEONE ELSE as of yet, so a little nervous.

Whois lookup provides details of the registered owner of the domain.

I suggest you to visit Ip-details.com. Here they provides Ip search service .It's display the information about a particular ip address like network provider, country, ip location and so on.

For those who want to know more, you can look up an IP address by yourself without relying on 3rd party services:
https://www.iana.org/abuse/answers (check the "Hints for finding the person responsible for an IPv4 address" section)

Do not look directly at the operational end of the device.
