This video features some good music, especially the last two tracks -

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zpUh5KYxL78

I've tried Shazam and Soundhound but it can't seem to identify the songs, or it gives me the wrong ones.

Anyone here recognise any of the music in the video? I don't think I can sleep properly until I find out Grin

Can only name the 2nd one in I'm afraid - The Charleston.   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F5y0hSqO48U

I do recognize the last two tracks. They were popular in America. The problem is that they have been stripped from the originals, no vocals, made into such Muzak, that now I cannot identify them properly.
I am so sorry. They were pop tunes in America, and that is all I can tell you. Ask more Americans, maybe.

Thanks Maya! You're a star! It's quite a speeded up version of the original.

And yes, three, the last two tracks sound vaguely familiar. I know I have heard them somewhere, and my husband said the same thing, but it's one of those songs where you think you have heard it before but can't remember anything else!

I guess the songs have been mangled beyond recognition Grin

No firm ideas, I'm afraid, but I'd wager the first has 'Rag' in the title, and the 70s-90s ones had shades of Brass Construction and Oasis.

I notice the sun shone for the entire 4.20 video. An Edinburgh record?

David - it represented the sum total of sunshine from the 19th century onwards Grin
