I have never heard anything as pleasurable to listen to! This is hilarious! Are all Arabs as excitable as this man?

Arab commentary is pretty fast paced and always excitable. Personally I hate it

But enjoy your kicks.

I can imagine I would get sick of it in a whole match (especially as I don't know what he is saying!)

Well, I suppose it would be like going back to the Madrassa and reading Sura-Al Baqara again. You understand none of it but it sounds good anyway!

I'm sorry, I'm going to have to disagree! Sura-al-Baqara sounds nowhere near as good as that commentary!

I have heard Quranic Surahs recited in Arabic, although those were Gujarati Bohra Muslim mullahs whose pronunciation was probably atrocious!

I have not heard the commentator, I do not like soccer (football) or most any other sport. The commentators are usually always excited, in every sport, except maybe golf...

Now, I have to say, I do find my language beautiful... especially the pre-Islamic poetry... and the calligraphy is pretty cool also.

I prefer Persian/Urdu style calligraphy. I like the whole nastaliq font styles better than the naskh.
