It just takes a few people at the top to steer projects like this, and the rest of the work can be done by ordinary members.

I am not sure if web sites like these work, i mean it does if a person has some doubt already, but an absolute certainist (if thats a word at all).. will just look at a site like this and say those %$#$%$% see they want to shut the truth down..

I think sites like these help take the sting out of Islam.

They creates a certain awareness of the other argument on the internet where free speech is limited with Islamic regimes.

They also create a sense of defensiveness amongst the Ummah, so the words of "Islam is a peaceful religion" is heard more than the dangerous side, which is hushed down.

They also create at atmmosphere of comradery amonst non-believers from where other initiatives are often spurned (e.g. had I not seen Hassans videos, I might not have done my own)

And last but not least, many people have left Islam after reading sites like this & Sina's.

So you could say, with the greatest respect, that I disagree

Well dear kimo, Human brain is programmed to evolution and advancement far higher degree than animal brain. So I have faith in it. Muslim folk are Human beings first.. later whatever.,

The Key is "not allowing to use use Political, physical violence and economic Muscle power to ban sites like these" any where in this world. There should be NO COMPROMISE in that., then I think I do hope this is much better way than tanks & bombs and madness and control freaks which in fact work in opposite direction..
