  • Hey
     OP - June 18, 2010, 04:57 AM

Hey I am an ex Muslim. I read the Quran after a long break and I felt sick to my stomach.

    My questions for islamic people
    1. Why does Allah want to punish you for disbelieving in him, when you can't even see him.
    2. Why do we have to pray, so much?
    3. Why is there so much sex in paradise! It is like heaven is designed to meet humans earthly desires
    4. Why is there so much inequality between man and woman
    5. Why is there no mention of other civilizations or people. I will add more to the list of reasons why I am ex muslim later. I haven't tried booze, pork, or sex, but since there is nothing stopping me now from trying those things. I enjoy mythology from ancient religions.

I guess the thing that sealed the nail on the coffin were Hassan's videos on youtube. They were pretty funny and informative. Like the videos did a good job explaining questions that Muslims were never able to explain properly. I am just surprised right now how after such a long time there are still, so many religious devout muslims. These people are giving their lives for this religion, and accepting slavery to an invisible God in the sky, who will burn you in fire if you don't give tribute and repent.

I think the majority of Muslims are apostates at heart, but no one wants to step forward and profess their believes because that would be breaking a major mores. Everything is so tightly controlled its like Big Brother is watching you all the time.

Exactly !!!!, this is the major problem that's why we should help em to make the step forward and tell that they don't agree. Hundreds of years before it was the same with christianity, but people fought to have freedom and now in most christian countries people are free. That's why what we are doing here is important
btw KoolKhan your picture is beautiful!!!!

    My avatar is from google.
Why upset the family. I will just keep it secret, and maybe they will catch on later. My mom and dad aren't religious at all. It is just my extended family that is religious. Why should I go out announcing my beliefs, and ruining their fun with the fairytale stories.
