    Does the  practice of keeping sharp objects and harmful substances out of the reach of children violate their rights to be exposed to danger?

     not a comparison,just a clumsy analogy  but you get my drift.

    According to the polls only 1.6 % of Americans are athiests. So what gives you the right to call the other 80% morons?'
