What's a frontline practitioner? Do you need a certificate or special qualifications to be a practicing Ex-Muslim? Are there repurcussions for not practicing?

Yeah that's kinda an important link.

Homo, it means those working in advocacy and support functions for apostates (social workers, community group volunteers, non-profit organization staff and activists, etc)
