I think it's easier for the majority of Brits who were born and raise in a society and culture where marriage is seen purely as an act of love between two people. So many people write their own vows, don't spare a thought for God, the marriage is all about them. This mentality which makes it easier for same sex couples to get married I guess. These religious people that say it will invalidate my marriage because they can also marry, why does it? If I ever do get married, how will the fact same sex couples can get married invalidate my own marriage any more than the fact other straight people can get married? Wonder if the day will come they say a man and a woman can't get married because they don't believe in God. Believe me, I get married, I'll write my own vows. That way what I swear will be true.

`But I don't want to go among mad people,' Alice remarked.
`Oh, you can't help that,' said the Cat: `we're all mad here. I'm mad.  You're mad.'
`How do you know I'm mad?' said Alice.
`You must be,' said the Cat, `or you wouldn't have come here.'

I think I want to get married in a church, just for the hell of it. The casual (blasphemous) attitude towards the sanctity of the church experience means us Brits can actually enjoy a nice church wedding. Without any Goddamn pressure.

Either a church or a beach wedding.

Too fucking busy, and vice versa.

A wedding on the beach is definitely the way to go. If I ever get married again that's what I want.

I'll probably never get married.  I don't want to have kids and that fact alone just seems to be a dealbreaker for most people when it comes to marriage.

Being an old non married guy like George Clooney doesn't seem so bad  cool2

In my opinion a life without curiosity is not a life worth living

True. I'm waiting for my hair to turn grey so I can finally start to pick up chicks.
