What is confusing you about it?
Just keep in mind these things:
1 - In today's day and age, it is expected that everyone has learned that Islam exists.
2 - The people who won't be judged, are those that came before any revelations whatsoever. Ergo, given that Islam claims to have sent out prophets to all corners of the world, no one can claim ignorance.
3 - Ignorance can not be claimed if for instance the message has been changed over time, otherwise this applies to Christians, Jews etc, who supposedly were given Islam, but changed the message over time. If that was the case, then no one is being judged.
Or at least this is my opinion, another forum member better versed in the specifics may answer you in more detail. For me, everything is a load of rubbish.
