How to post pics?

I only have one picture in the comp in a folder, the rest of my pics are in albums, my parents are somehow very strict about not posting pics on any public forum, also my cellphone doesn't have a camera attached.

I want to post that 1 pic that I have but if I copy I can't post it here. How to post?

You need to upload it to somewhere like http://photobucket.com/ and once you have it hosted there you can post the link here.

An easier option would be to allow the photo and carry on like normal.

and sandwich the URL in between the insert image tool(with a picture on it under bold button) above., if you want to picture to immediately show, rather than having to click on it first
