Chal Bulleya chal othay chaliye jitthe saarey an'ney
Nah koi saaddi zaat pechaane, nah koi saanoo manney

Let's go there 'Bulleya' (Bulleh Shah) where the blind live.
None shall recognise our nature, nor shall they see us.

Pakistan Zindabad? ya Pakistan sey Zinda bhaag?

Long Live Pakistan? Or run with your lives from Pakistan?

Does not really classify as rock but I do admire the voice of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan.  Quite profound.  Especially his work in the soundtrack of the last temptation of Christ.  I even downloaded Tan deem, but I prefer its remix.

Is this thread strictly about Pakistani sufi bands by the way?

"Modern man's great illusion has been to convince himself that of all that has gone before he represents the zenith of human accomplishment, but can't summon the mental powers to read anything more demanding than emoticons. Fascinating. "

One very horny Turk I met on the net.
