    This is one brave woman.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xhHG1ik-ZL4&feature=player_embedded

I don't understand how she can still remain a muslim? With all that she knows? I mean with this part especially:

Ghada Jamshir: Does the Islamic Shari?a authorize mut?ah marriages? Does the Islamic Shari?a authorize mut?ah according to the following classification: ?Pleasure from sexual contact with her thighs.? They have: ?Pleasure from sexual touching.? ?pleasure from sexual contact with her breasts.? ?Pleasure from a little girl.? Do you know what ?pleasure from a little girl? means? It means that they derive sexual pleasure from a girl aged two, three, or four.

Khomeini's Teachings on sex with infants and animals can be found here:

    http://www.homa.org/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=104&Itemid=58

Although I need to read this for myself. The book does exist, and I have heard from a reliable source that part does exist, and it did not shock him. Farhad sent this link:

    http://www.al-shia.org/html/eng/books/fiqh&usool/islamic-laws/tahrir/

But I haven't found anything on marriage there.

These rules she mentions, are in the Sharia which find a base from the Hadeeth and in the Quran, so who's to blame really?

Am I the only person who find the whole 'Jewish conspiracy' an insult to the intelligence of those whom are apparently being deceived? it is basically saying that 1.2billion Muslims are so low in intelligence than a group of people 1% of the size of the Muslim population can outsmart them.

The last part of the video in which the interviewer tells her that she has been accused of heresy is horrific because it shows what dissenters have to face - religious inquisitional slanders. They always have that sword to hold over the head of anyone who speaks out. It is their final resort and weapon of intimidation.

What a fucking stupid interviewer. "I don't want to hear the details" No of course you don't but you won?t do anything about the actual acts? What kind of fucking journalist are you if you don't want to hear the details? God is in in them, as we can clearly see here.

Gutless cowards using intimidation. We all know the punishment for being a kafir, they should be ashamed of themselves.

Because she said so? I try not make judgements based on assumptions. But I know what you mean, what choice does she have. If she wants any kind of change she has to remain "muslim" otherwise that would be the source of discontentment with her critiicsm. Fucking hell.

It's like finding out somebody is getting raped, but you can't do shit because you need 3 more witnesses... OK I'm not sure with the details of Sharia. Say I did see a woman getting raped and I'm in a muslim country. Can I attack him? If I call the police, what will they say?

Yeah, exactly. The nature of Islam breeds hypocrisy. She's fighting for women's rights, that's her first priority. Going publically against Islam in a intellectually backward society like this would not benefit that goal for her. But she's saying everything a secularist and feminist would say - ie someone who doesn't believe in Islam.

I have to be very honest. I think it's nice that she remains a Muslim because it adds to people's confusion. Some people's believes are their identity and if they realise they can still seek justice and a better life without having to 100% leave their faith and I find it to be very positive. Not everyone can go and say "if x than I don't believe". I like when she says "Allah will decide if I go to heaven or hell, not them". I think it's a good way of thinking. And adds to the "what business to you have in my life anyway" agenda that I like so much.

i wonder where she got "Spain" from... Europe is so overrated.

and this guy is a douche! "don't tell me details". Weak a***hole! Can't deal with reality? Than quit life. or journalism.

The guy's a douche. He was telling her not to go into details, understandably as well. I would feel uncomfortable and ashamed this kind of stuff happens under Shariah law.
