Happy Murtad : he reminds me of J.B Smoove, a comedian.

Judging by HappyMurtad's stories, he reminds me more of a wise Denzel Washington who rose from the ashes.

When happymurtad narrates his some of his life story, he reminds me of Denzel Washington. Perhaps, this is due to how he expresses himself in his posts.

Maybe happymurtad is JB Smoove with a little Denzel in him. HappyMurtad is definitely funny Cheesy

    Very nice.

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I remain.

Wow, that's a weird thing for a Somali mother to be doing.

By the time a Somali daughter is comparable with Hirsi Ali, the mother might feel she is dealing with an apocalyptic problem here.

Edit: Btw, if Somalia one day becomes a stable secular state (maybe the day before our sun burns out) Ayaan Hirsi Ali will be looked back at with reverence and respect. The first Somali emancipator.

Believe those who are seeking the truth. Doubt those who find it.

Grin She doesn't do it anymore, but I used to be quite vocal about the stuff I didn't approve of in Islam (particularly women's rights issues) and she started suspecting I was planning on leaving the deen. I've lipsrsealed now and I think she's decided to forget about that "phase" despite my obvious decline in religiosity.
