    It just as important to do a good warmdown too, remember. Stretches after a gradual rundown. Then on with the warm gear again as soon as body temp and pulse approach normal. Otherwise you're gonna be stiff and ache alot later on.

    And I dont know why you guys like Chuck. He's the biggest fuddu in the whole series. He looks like this kid who used to go to my school and that kid was a fucking loser. He reminds me of him so much.

    I can't believe you watched that much GG in such a short time. I'd be tired of that much drama in so little time.

    Dan is pretentious and self righteous but Chuck is a softy deep deep down under. You can't help but feel for him after a while.

    I only used to like dan because he was new and didnt really fit in. I sort of felt sorry for him.  Cheesy And he always thinks he's better than everyone else because he's poor too.  Cheesy
