Oh and I am also an INTJ, well a depressive one. I can still plan, I enjoy planning, but if am not planning for pleasure, then I find it hard to me motivated to plan. There is a really good book I read a few months ago (a re-read) you might want to give it a try it's pretty good and I picked up some tips:

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/How-Win-Friends-Influence-People/dp/0091906814

It has a stupid title but its a good book.

You could be depressed. One of the traits is losing interest in things you enjoyed or liked doing, and planning. Most depressive folks live in the here and now, they find it hard to plan for the future. I live for the minute, I find it hard to care about the too distant future.

I have you down as an INTJ, I think you're an INTJ. Do you feel content being alone? and find it hard to display your inner emotions to your family? You feel embarrassed if you do? Can be interested in esoteric things? Do you often prefer to sleep on the wall side of your bed? i.e. do you often prefer to sit on a seat next to a wall rather then one in the middle or open?

Well I don't know about content being alone, I do long for close friendship and companionship, but I prefer being physically alone for the most time, yeah.

I guess need to distinguish being alone and being lonely here.

Yes, for the other questions, but I don't see how those would confirm INTJ or not Tongue Sure there's more to it, and based on individual circumstances etc too. I wouldn't strictly follow these typing, just something interesting and a bit insightful into your character for the current period in life.

Depression affects personality greatly, so taking a test during these periods wont produce very accurate results.

I've taken the test a few times, over a period of a couple of years now, times where I'm not in the 'low period', same results. I make sure to stay as honest and objective as I can when it comes to doing these sorts of tests anyway.

I know its not definitive, but it is also not completely random there is some basis for it. So, some of those things can kind of point you in the right direction if you're struggling. For example my iN and S are pretty much split 50/50 so sometimes I can come out as ISTJ. So some of those questions I mentioned above are pretty closely related to those who mostly come out as INTJ. It's better then horoscopes and some of the other shit some idiots rely on.  Cheesy

    ENTJs, come at me Cheesy

Apparently I need well rounded ENTJ friends....To start becoming more a bit more extroverted myself too, according to that video guy.

My brother is an ENTJ, his work ethic is phenomenal, but then again my brother is expectational. Worst part is when you think your wife likes your brother because he is more successful, cultured, better looking, and well rounded.

These tests are rarely going to fit you exactly. For some the similarities/differences are larger than they are for others.

Yes, like I said I used to be more confident with my work, when I used to be a planner. It still does fit me with some things. Things changed a lot in my life from stress/anxiety and depression coming in, kind of lost control.

Interesting test, I actually found it hard to answer the questions honestly. I.e. I was conflicted between answering how I want to be in theory and how I actually am in practice, especially for the questions about seeking new opportunities and solving problems outside of the box. I'd like to think I enjoy thinking out of the box and looking for new opportunities, but do I really?

There would be a few questions designated to judge on the four traits anyway and result in the different weighting, I think.

I used to be. If you had asked me that about 1 or 2 years ago I would have said yes. But in the last year or so I have gradually lost interest in the Premiership and do not follow it closely anymore.

For this Euro Cup I will definately be watching all of England's games, but I cannot be bothered to follow the other teams closely, which was not the case the last time, back then I would have happily watched a number of other teams aswell. Why do you ask?
