I thought this was going to be a melanchoic, depressed thread about imagining the last birthday before you die.

I have not celebrated my birthday in 6 years. Consequence of not really having any interest in celebrating it. I celebrated that birthday with my family,

The most merciful Allah, who is more merciful than your own mortal mother, is capable of punishing you for eternity for a finite sin committed in a finite lifetime with finite knowledge, while your mother nor any living creature that is NOT a sadistic mother fucker would never commit such an act.

I hope my last birthday will be at least 100 years old Afro

I'll celebrate with my children, great grandchildren, with a few drams of whiskey, then when all my family have left, I'll crack open the super-viagra and party with some hookers  bunny

On a union organizing drive in West Virginia last month. Didn't do anything special. Some years I like to really party it up and tell all my friends about it, some years I really don't give a fuck and don't do shit. This year was the latter.

    fuck you

The last time i had my own birthday celebration with my friends and family was when i was 8, my mum was told that celebrating Birthday is Haram, ever since then my birthday is just an ordinary day for me except text messages and birthday wishes on Facebook.

That sucks-- I mean to have it at first, then have it taken away from you.

it really does but i am already used to it. Back then my mum used to be very liberal but when we moved to our hometown(full of conservative muslims) she changed into a different person due to influence from her friends and our relatives.we stayed there for three years before we move again to Southern Nigeria(inhabited by christians). i guess it's part of the reason why i don't like going to my hometown for eid and new year holidays. the town goes against everything i believe

Chillaxing by the edge of a canal in Holland on magic mushrooms. Watching the canal boats drift by, in awe as they transform into starships, and trying to hitch a ride on one to another galaxy. Laying on our backs and counting the stars, laughing as they got closer and closer, close enough to reach out to touch them.  And talking to a stray dog who explained to me the meaning of life.

Too fucking busy, and vice versa.

    Well, i'm 5'2 and I wear a 34C.  Now don't be too gentle...I like it rough.

    those are fake.

    um no...you're fake!

    Is Saathiya your real name?

I don't listen to Indian songs much. But this is among my favourites.

I prefer the original, which is Tamil. The natural sceneries throughout the song are incredible.

I believe the music is strongly British Isle folk/traditional (especially the starting part - chorus)? (Celtic?)

Saathiya is not my real name and I dont think Indians actually name their kids Saathiya.
I don't really like Indian movies and frankly Vivek Oberoi just doesn't do it for me.

O sorry, I thought Vivek was my birthday present or something....

It's not so bad being a Jehovah's Witness I love parties. Since I'm not tied down to traditions when ever I have the time and money I just have a party. Never any bummer missed this or that. Just fun when I can. I think for some people they are to busy look at the "I can't" and never see "I can".

If at first you succeed...try something harder.

Failing isn't falling down. Failing is not getting back up again.
