    Oh shut up, will you.

He's no friend to the friendless
And he's the mother of grief
    There's only sorrow for tomorrow
    Surely life is too brief

Firstly, welcome to the forums shanice Smiley

Now, blood donors are required to be healthy in the first place, and all blood is thoroughly tested for diseases well before it makes it's way into anyone's veins. It's perfectly safe. My mother had a blood transfusion several years ago and she is still here today, caring for her family and living life because of it. Why would god want a mother of four to die and leave us behind?

The blood is safe so I don't understand this "ick, it's someone else's blood" nonsense. It's sheer ignorance on your part, shanice.

Have you heard of this awesome new tool called common sense? You should try it sometime. Really I mean it Smiley

    Wikipedia : Common Sense

In my opinion a life without curiosity is not a life worth living

the reason to why we do not except blood from anyone is because you can get sick from taking other people's blood now

Sure did work for Joshua McAuley, he is never ever ever going to get sick again. Not exactly in a good way.

I think parents who refuse life saving transfusions should be charged with manslaughter.  sure it will start a whole Martyrdom cult but I bet you it saves a lot of kids as well.

Oh and Shanice, I dont mean to upset you either but I believe you are suffering from mental delusion and I hope one day you are ' saved' by sanity and get to enjoy the rest of your life without fear, guilt or wooo pulling you down.  If there is such a thing as sin it would be not to live this life you have to the full.  Peace

According to the polls only 1.6 % of Americans are athiests. So what gives you the right to call the other 80% morons?'
